1. Product Quality & Guarantee

Gambhir Print Corner is dedicated to providing premium quality fabrics. However, due to the nature of unstitched textiles:

• We do not offer any guarantee or warranty regarding pilling (burr), shrinkage, or color fastness once the fabric has been stitched, washed, or used.
• We are not liable for defects that arise due to improper washing or handling.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. We operate a strict Exchange-Only Policy under the following conditions:

• Items must be exchanged within 15 working days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be unused, unstitched, and in its original condition.
• Exchange Hours: In-store exchanges are processed exclusively from Monday to Thursday, before 3:00 PM.
• No exchanges will be entertained on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We provide complimentary (free) home delivery for all online orders. While our online store accepts orders 24/7, dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and public holidays.

4. Store Operations

Our physical outlet in Tri Nagar operates 6 days a week. The store remains closed on Fridays, though exceptions may apply during festive seasons.
